[Vv] 64 bit gengetopt for windows

Hello David,

sorry I just discover your email, it was wrongly flagged ... For using vv in
windows 64 you can use the precompiled binaries on the web site :
vv.creatis.insa-lyon.fr or wait for a new release in few weeks. For
gengetopt, you will have to compile it with something like cygwin (see
http://www.gnu.org/software/gengetopt/gengetopt.html#Installation).
