[Vv] building vv in 64 bit windows

Hi Bharath,
Your compilation error is strange... Since we don't use
CreateAllObject in vv, I suspect that there is something wrong with
your itk. Can you compile a simple exe linking to itk independently of
vv using the same ITK_DIR?
