[Vv] error in clitkSegmentationUtils

Hi Simon,

Thanks..Will try with it..
Also it would be good if one can save the preset images as well, for lungs,
bones etc....
The right click ''save current image'' functionality was included for this
purpose? As of now  only the original image gets written and not the
windowed level ajusted image. Any clues on how the preset images can be
written on disk?
