If you can change the code, we can help you with the compilation. I use 
linux myself so I won't be able to help you much on this side of things, 
but other people who also read the list should be able to help you.

The latest source code is available on CVS (read 
http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/rio/vv#Download_VV). The code isn't 
changing a lot at the moment, so the CVS should be stable.
