[Vv] compilation error

Hi Arnaud,

Porting from gdcm 1.x to gdcm 2.x is no trivial business, especially 
given the fact that there is no documentation (yet!) on how to do the 
migration. I still plan to do it, but it is not top priority, so I don't 
really have a schedule for the moment.

For the moment if you stick to ITK 3.20 it should work fine.
