[Vv] compilation error

Hi Arnaud,
What version of itk do you use? gdcmFileHelper.h is included in ITK
3.20. I know that there were some problems with the head of the git
repository due to the new gdcm version and I don't think that Joel has
solved them yet. He is working on it as far as I know...
