[Vv] Ready for release!

Hi,
Bharath and I have finished compiling the main binaries. Only linux
32-bit is missing but Bharath is working on it. The good news is that
windows and linux are compiled statically. That's why I put a zip file
in addition to the windows installer.
Test it on all your machines!

David:
- check the latest vv2 wiki page
- if you agree with everything, move vv2 to vv and release!
