[Vv] SET VTK_USE_QVTK_QTOPENGL to ON?

Actually, I am working on a project called gofigure2 (also based on vtk, 
itk and qt), and it works fine when it is turned ON or OFF.
I have never figured out which one was the best solution, I thought the 
one (maybe Joel :-P) that wrote this on the wiki may answer to this one.
