[Vv] vv packages for fedora

Thanks to Fabrice, it is now possible to install vv under fedora in a
few clicks:

Follow the following link and accept to install the package:

https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/linux/fedora/13/i386/os/Packages/creatis-release-13-2.noarch.rpm

(for fedora 12, you have to use this link instead)
https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/linux/fedora/12/i386/os/Packages/creatis-release-12-3.noarch.rpm

Then install vv with the GUI package manager, or type the following
command line:

sudo yum install vv

Should we add this to the vv website?
