Hello Kumar,

thank you for your interest ! As Joel said, there is no ROI drawing tool.
However, there is a small utilities in development that allows to load a
binary image and display it as overlay. If you are interested, please say it
to us, we will provide you a beta version soon.

If you plan to work on a ROI drawing tool, please let us know how is it
going, we are really interested in such tool !
