[Vv] VV Release Build

Hi David , Joel
I tried to compile vv (CVS checkout) in Release mode on windows using the following configs
 
ITK 3.20
VTK 5.6.
Qt  4.6.2  (MSVC 2008) 
 
The EXE builds fine but there are run time errors 
 
I have attached the screen shot of the error window that pops up
 
It complains of some Qt problems 
 
Any suggestions
