[Vv] Weird ggo error

Yes,
Yesterday Bharath commited a few files that he shouldn't have. I asked
him to see with you how we can rollback (you can teach me btw). Here

I think there is also a problem in std::vector<double> vvImage::GetOrigin() in:

because some code has been duplicated for no clear reason.

What do you think? If you agree, maybe you can ask Joel if there is a
way to rollback?
