[Vv] Weird ggo error

I have the following error when builiding clitk3:

 CMake Error in tools/CMakeLists.txt:
   Cannot find source file "clitkBinarizeImage_ggo.c".  Tried extensions
.c .C
   .c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp .hxx .in .txx

I tried cleaning the build directory and it didn't work. The _ggo file
is not generated.

Any ideas?
