Hi,
I have released a piece of code which allows reading transforms in NKI format.
That allows to test a typical XVI situation: you have two scans in two
different coordinate systems (planning and cone-beam CTs) and you want
to align them in a third coordinate system (linac). Each scan has a
transform (file name + ".MACHINEORIENTATION" in this case).
To test it, you have to compile vv with CLITK_EXPERIMENTAL (try
launching the command without recompiling to check that the scans are
not aligned initially) and you launch it with:
vv /home/srit/data/clb/xvi/patient_0810257/CT_SET/2.16.840.1.114337.117989527644.19823.1263307887.0/2.16.840.1.114337.117989527644.19823.1263307887.0.REFSCAN
--overlay /home/srit/data/clb/xvi/patient_0810257/IMAGES/img_1.3.46.423632.141000.1263829038.36/Reconstruction/2.16.840.1.114337.117989527644.19823.1263307883.0.18.01.2010163719015.SCAN
Let me know if you need more information!
Simon
