Dear RTK Developers,

I hope this email finds you well. Recently, I have been attempting to use
the motion compensation feature in rtkfdk and have encountered several
issues. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving them.

   1. When following the example provided on the rtkwiki to attempt motion
compensation and generate DVF, I noticed that the file
   Par0016.multibsplines.lung.sliding.txt is missing.
   2. In the section where the DVF is generated, are
clitkMatrixTransformToVF and clitkComposeVF applications of elastix? The
version of elastix (5.2) that I downloaded does not contain these two
   applications.
   3. Given the context of Cone Beam CT (CBCT), how can I generate my own
DVF files? It appears that the demo data seems to be from a flat-panel CT.

Thank you very much for your help. Your guidance will be greatly
appreciated.

Best regards Sean
