[Dcmlib] vtkgdcmreader example

Hello,

I want to try vtkgdcmreader example at
http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/software/public/Gdcm/html.developper/DoxyVtkGdmReaderExamples.html.
However, I could not find the CMakeLists.txt file for that. What
should I
do in order to make it work? Where can I find it? Should I write myself?

Moreover, I want to use that for dicom-vtk, vtk-dicom conversions and
visualizations of them after the conversion. Is there any other method to
do it?
