[Dcmlib] Question about LUT sequences

We are now investigating VTK (viz toolkit).
It seems to perform LUT sequence.

  You can have a look at:

  But support for LUT is currently incomplete in GDCM, as we reuse
class from VTK for the rendering engine. Right now you are supposed to
use functionality from your viz toolkit (OpenGL) to perform for
example the MONOCHROME1 Photometric Interpretation.
