[Dcmlib] Question about GDCM with .NET 2005

Hi,
 
I had written code that reads dicom files in Visual Studio C++ 2003, and now am moving it to 2005, everything compiles but when I run the software, when I load the Dicom file into the GDCM library an error happens when calling SetFile from the GDCM File class.
 
Does anyone know what I have done incorrectly.
