[Dcmlib] Dcmlib Digest, Vol 54, Issue 1

I have spent a good bit of time over the last couple of days attempting 
to get GDCM2 to build on Windows, so far to no avail.  I have built VTK 
5.0.4 with Python wrappings today under VS 2003, but have not resumed my 
efforts with GDCM.  If it is not ready to build, I will be patient.  I 
was unclear what the dependencies & compiler of choice were...
