[Dcmlib] Cannot compile gdcm 2.0.7 on Windows XP

I am using Visual Studio 8, CMake 2.6. I am setting the
GDCM_BUILD_APPLICATIONS and GDCM_BUILD_SHARED_LIBS under CMake. Building in
release mode crashes because "zconf.h" is not found. Under
Utilities\gdcmzlib I indeed see a zconf.in.h file which apparently needs to
be processed by CMake but hasn't. I did not find a zlib related flag under
CMake.
