[Dcmlib] Probably a stupid mistake of mine

Dear Mathieu, dear GDCM team,

the 1.3.2 release now works great also for Visual C++ 6,
I can read all DICOM files which previously were reported
to be unreadable.
Thank you very much for your help!

There seems to be one minor issue, which does not affect
my work, but which I would like to report in case no one
else stumbled across it: the "TestReadWriteJPEGReadCompare"
does not complete successfully under Visual C++ 6, it is
terminated due to timeout in both debug and release mode.
As the timeout is 25 min. ("1500", I assume sec.) and all
tests complete in about 3 min. when compiled under Visual
Studio 2005, I think some deadlock might have occured in
the VC 6 code; however, I haven't had the time tool look
more into the details yet.

Anyways, thanks a lot! It's great I can use the 1.3 branch
now.
