[Dcmlib] Question about starting to gdcm

Hi, I installed GDCM1.0.0.exe and I linked the library to Visual C++ .NET 2003.  I tried to include gdcm.h and it found that but it cant find gdcmConfigure.h and I cant find that anywhere. Do I have to do an extra step to get this? Any help would be greatly appreciated Neerav
