Hi Jean Pierre,
Sure , i will send to you tomorrow all the information.
As I said I am interested to contribute to test Gdcm with various kind of tc
scanner; maybe will be a good idea to compile a compatibility list with
tested devices( what do you think?).
See you soon
Gianni

Hi users,
triing to read different dicom TC dataset with gdcm (always primary axial
slices datasets from different tc scanners) I found a problem when z-spacing
is = 1.
Everything is good when z spacing is < 1 but, as you can see in included
picture (0.35,0.35,1), the 3 imageplanewidget return incorrect
representation value of the volumetric dataset regarding Z value (longer
than original I suppose).
Hi, Gianni!
- Which version of gdcm do you use? gdcm1.2? gdcm1.3? the CVS version?
- How do you Read/display the images? (vtkGdcmReader? something with the
gdcmSerieHelper?)
- Could you send me 2 'nexting' images, so I can check if there's a trouble
with gdcm.
Thx
Jean-Pierre Roux
I have access to various kind of axial tc dataset and I'm interesting to
increase and validate gdcm compatibility with them.
Some suggestion?
Thank you in advance.
