[Dcmlib] Use DicomDir with vtkGdcmReader (2)

There is *no* vtkGdcmReader::SetDirectory() method,
only a SerieHelper::SetDirectory() method.
:-(
So, a user friendly method :
void SerieHelper::SetDicomDirSerie(gdcm::DicomDirSerie *s)
should be added.
