[Dcmlib] compiling gdcm on OpenSUSE 10.2

Hello,
I compiled gdcm (src-1.0.0.tar.gz) on OpenSUSE 10.2 and I found some problems:

1) This software uses cmake instead of ./configure, but no information about 
it is in documentation. There is information about ./configure, but this is 
not there.
2) (?) Cmake generates some files, i.a. gdcmjpeg/8/jconfig.h. In this file is 
bad include path to file mangle_jpeg8bits.h:
instead good ../gdcmjpeg/mangle_jpeg8bits.h
bad: gdcmjpeg/mangle_jpeg8bits.h
