[Dcmlib] GDCM with VTK5 ?

Emmanuel is right, you need to get either the CVS HEAD of VTK
or VTK5 via the cvs interface. The tarball does not contains the latest and greatest of VTK5.

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/VTK co VTK -r VTK-5-0

the next tarball should contains the problem patch (and a couple of bug fixes).
