[Dcmlib] Looking for *true* multiframe JPEG2000

Hello there,

	Has anyone seen a multiframe jpeg2000 dicom dataset ? If so could you 
please send me this dataset ? I would like to see how people handle 
multiframe and jpeg2000. Indeed there is a motion jpeg that is supposed 
to take care of that.
	I am looking in particular for dataset where the jpeg2000 stream would 
be chunked into pieces that are not the individual frames.
