Hallo together,

I would like to thank you very much for your help regarding the
eliminating of sensible information "burned in" in the image by rewrite.
Because of other urgent work I couldn't try it till now. I wrote a
script and it's working very well. Thanks a lot.

Walter Wellauer

P.S. Allez les bleus!

--> I just remembered *why* I didn't commit it sooner :
- It doesn't deal with multiframe files.
- Moreover, 'ruboutvalue' works well is you let it to zero :-( or if the
image is 8bits or RGB
- When the image uses a Lookup table, the color of the 'rubbed out area'
may be ... unxepected
(probabely no user *knows* how the colors are coded in the LUT
- the image is re-written as uncompressed (missing gdcm feature)

Well...
... the patient's name is rubbed out, anyway.
