[Dcmlib] trashed dashboard

Sorry for the trashed dashboard. I believe I fixed everything (including 
mingw!!). So hopefully by tomorrow all dashboards should be clean.
As a side note I am still working on the remaining openjpeg compilation 
warning
Finally gdcm CVS switch to openjpeg 1.0 which seems to be working pretty 
well (thread safety make the compilation even easier on the Mac :)). I 
will soon backport openjpeg 1.0 to gdcm 1.2.
