[Dcmlib] [Gdcm2] Update on GDCM2

Ok guys,
  I am getting close to an operational (still alpha) library. I can
find exactly the same result as GDCM1 except on 9 files from gdcmData
(*). The system works by using the md5sum of the decompress PixelData
and comparing the value.
