ok you declared where your rep is.

ok first login, with warning about inexistant file

ok second login, the file is there so no warning. Therefore any other 
cvs rep you'll try to access won't complain about inexistant file.

well then you need to do something. Do you want to dif file ? to get the 
status of a file, do you want to get the log, to annotate a file ? Or 
maybe get the source:

$ cvs co gdcm

and data is you are patient is:

$ cvs co gdcmData
