[Dcmlib] First multiframes DICOM-JPEG

Yo,

	Could someone double check that the image created by gdcm is actually 
readable by regular DICOM reader ? I want to validate my approach, and 
therefore merge the code from the example to the main gdcm cvs trunk.

Single frame:

(notice the size reduction from 921078 to 110824 that's a 8.3 factor)
