For a single (big) file, nothing is done, and we cannot add a method to 
do that
(the reading process reads all the pixels in a single operation)

For reading a lot of files (e.g., for making a DICOMDIR file)
-> have a look at SetProgressMethod (+ SetStartMethod, SetEndMethod)
