[Dcmlib] how to create compressed DICOM file and show multi-frame DICOM file

I have two problem.Maybe anyone can help me?
1. how to convert a jpeg or jp2k image file to DICOM file with JPEG compression connex?It's simple to convert to DICOM with no compression.
2. how to show each frame image in DICOM file with multi-frames?
