[Dcmlib] jpeg 2000

[Mathieu Malaterre]

Hum this is weird in fact the bug that Marco reference affect our image, 
but not the way I expected. It does not get rid of the bright 
'rectangle' shapes, but still produce a more coherent result.

compare new result with the old one:

You'll see those 'white clouds' everywhere seems to have desepear just 
like they desepear from :
