Two Ultra-Sound images, from nema data set :

gdcm parsable
gdcm-reader breaker :-(

Probabely some oddities in the 'Palette Colors' :
(stored on 16 bits, longer than the image itself !
Sure, my heuristics don't deal with such a mess ...)
