[Dcmlib] gdcm::Orientation

Hi,

	I moved Theralys's Orientation stuff into a new class: gdcm::Orientation.

	Is there anybody outthere that still has the python ? Could someone 
comment on the fact that :

   Orientation::TypeOrientation() (*)

returns a double whereas the documentation specify the result can only 
be an int. I was trying to change everything back to an int but then I 
was stuck with the fact that

   CalclLikelyhood2Vec *has* to return a double.

(*) Yeah I know the function name duplicate what the class name means...
