[Dcmlib] makeDicomDir: png file ?

makeDicomDir parcourt *recursivement* le directory racine 
(indispensable si on explorer les fichiers dans la maniere de les 
presenter par CTN, par exemple: un directory par STUDY, autant de 
sous directories que de SERIE), et teste chaque fichier pour savoir 
s'il est ou non gdcm-readable.
Dans gdcmData, il y a la BaseLine avec les fichiers png ...

Ce qui se passe lors des tests est donc normal.
