[Dcmlib] 4D DICOM

Hello,

	Anyone tried the DICOM found on Osirix webpage:

http://149.142.216.30/DICOM_FILES/DICOMfilesIndex.html

	Just for fun I tried to check if 4D (ABRARACOURCIX.zip) was supported 
with SerieHelper. Here is the command:

Yes, it takes 15s, to read in fact very little information...
