Wasn't it the whole purpose of the gdcm namespace ? Avoid outside pollution.

Now we have:

gdcm::GDCM_LD_NOSHADOWSEQ

Can I also append GDCM at the end: to be *really, really* sure that any 
other project called gdcm will not pollute our namespace:

gdcm::GDCM_LD_NOSHADOWSEQ_GDCM
