[Dcmlib] borland compilation problems

I don't know what i have to do with this ctest.
But i managed compile both versions (0.6 and 1.0) with mingw, i will send 
pathes after my last one will be included, they are very simple too.
I've also check if result dll's work correctly and they do. :)

But to the diffs how can i chceck local directory and current cvs version...
After checkout i can check diff from two directories, but how to do it with 
cvs usage only.

Sorry for "rtfm" kind questions, but for me manual lacks of examples and You 
are very experienced developper for me.
