i use cvs to get sources...

also i tried to compile 1.0 version and there was problem with instalation 
(make install), problem with missing files:
GDCMBuildSettings.cmake
GDCMConfig.cmake
GDCMLibraryDepends.cmake

also from cvs...

All compiled , of course :), on linux
