[Dcmlib] image avec Huge Preview

Une image US GE contenant une 'small preview' (64x64) et une Huge 
Preview (640x480) faisait peter pas mal de Dicom Viewers, dont 
DicomWorks -mais pas gdcm-
Lorsque je lancait TestCopyDicom en boucle, sur mon PC 256 Go RAM, ca se 
mettait a swapper jusqu'a planter Fedora.
Le pb est resolu.
