Seules les images sur des CDROM gravés directement depuis la console de
l'IRM (EasyVision) posent un problème.
Si on les 'pousse' en Dicom sur une autre machine (une console
PhilipsViewForum, par exemple) , et qu'on les grave, on n'a pas de soucis.
Le problème, pour le moment, c'est que pratiquement toutes les images de
l'Hopital sont gravées depuis la console EasyVision de l'IRM ...
Nous ne sommes pas les seuls a avoir ce pb, car Mathieu a reçu un mail
d'un utilisateur lui disant que ses images s'affichent 'toutes noires'.
Et pour cause ...
Compte tenu de l'anomalie de l'entete (les longueurs des elements d'une
Dicom Sequence privée (0x2001,0xe05f) sont codées sur disque en
BigEndian (octet de poids fort en premier, octet de poids faible en
deuxième), alors que tout le reste est codé en Little Endian (octet de
poids faible en premier, octet de poids fort en deuxième), tous les
Dicom Readers sauf un (EasyVision) petent, car ils ne trouvent pas le
groupe des Pixels (7fe0,0010)
Il est difficile de dire a un utilisateur (medecin ou informaticien), de
retourner à l'IRM, de demander aux operatrices de relire son CD, de
pousser les images sur une autre machine, et de les graver de nouveau ...

Donc, si tu avais un point d'entrée plus direct, chez Philips et que tu
pouvais leur faire 'remonter' le pb, ça serait super.
