All the ITK formats should be accepted so if .nii.gz is readable ITK,<br>
it is readable by VV. It's not because the format is not listed from<br>
the gui that it cannot be read. Just give it a try from the command<br>
line, e.g., vv image.mha --vf vf.nii.gz<br>
The format is one file with the displacement vector at each point,<br>
i.e., itk::Image< itk::Vector<float, 3>, 3>. The vector is in mm and<br>
the location of the vector is given with the origin and spacing of the<br>
image, as usual in ITK.<br>
