You can do the conversion you wish with a tool that is part of
the VV suite. Please rebuild VV with CLITK_BUILD_TOOLS=ON. In
the bin (or your install) folder you will find
clitkDicomStruct2Image. You basically provide the input dicom
file, the output mhd file name and the index (as stored in the
dicom header) of the structure you wish to save (index=-1 saves
each structure in a separate file, and the output file name is
used as prefix). You can type <font size="-1"><font face="Arial">clitkDicomStruct2Image -h for a more detailed
help message.<br>
