Hello David,

sorry I just discover your email, it was wrongly flagged ... For using vv in windows 64 you can use the precompiled binaries on the web site : vv.creatis.insa-lyon.fr or wait for a new release in few weeks. For gengetopt, you will have to compile it with something like cygwin (see http://www.gnu.org/software/gengetopt/gengetopt.html#Installation).

Your vv project is very interesting and helpful. I am trying to build vv 64 bit on windows, however, I cannot get gengetopt 64 bit windows version, such as gunwin32. Could you please tell me how can I get 64 version gengetopt? Greatly appreciated!
