The RTK format for the description of phantom is not good.
          What happens is that it expects one of three values (A, B or

          would suggest to switch to Fobild's format which is now well
          handled by RTK in opinion. See

          RTK community,

I am getting unexpected results (see attached picture) when
          designing a
phantom.

Here is my text file:

[Box]   A=70   B=15    C=4 z=0,    x=0,    y=0,    beta=0,
          gray=1
[Cylinder] A=0.8    B=15     C=0.8 z=0,    x=0,    y=0,
          beta=0,     gray=10

And the command I use for drawing:

rtkdrawgeometricphantom -o phantom.mha --phantomfile test.txt
          --spacing
0.139 --dimension 1000

I am expecting a cylinder across my box, but as you can see on
          the
attachment, the cylinder's radius decreases along its axis.

Could someone please give me a clue on what I am doing wrong ?

Many thanks,
