<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi,</div><div>Please use the <a href="https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/mailman/listinfo/rtk-users">mailing list</a>. ITK let you define an image with anisotropic voxel spacing which you can pass as the first input of rtk::FDKConeBeamReconstructionFilter. You probably want to adjust the smoothing of the ramp filtered projections in the v direction by tuning the <a href="http://www.openrtk.org/Doxygen/classrtk_1_1FFTRampImageFilter.html#ac1468efd30c00f33c944560c1206cf1b">HannYCutFrequencyY</a> parameter.</div><div>Simon<br></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Thu, Apr 6, 2023 at 6:10 AM vivek vs <<a href="mailto:vivek95.vs@gmail.com">vivek95.vs@gmail.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="auto"><div>Hi Simon,<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Sorry for the typing error slice thickness is 1mm</div><br><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Thu, Apr 6, 2023, 09:24 vivek vs <<a href="mailto:vivek95.vs@gmail.com" target="_blank">vivek95.vs@gmail.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="auto">Hi Simon,<div dir="auto"> </div><div dir="auto"> I'm a Biomedical PhD student doing project in image reconstruction using rtk....i have query is it possible to reconstruct using fdk for variable slice thickness of CT</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">For example i have a CT with width 217mm(512) and height 217mm(512)</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">No. of slices:120</div><div dir="auto">Slice thickness is 120</div><div dir="auto"> </div></div>
