the latest gdcm version using SVN, but I'm having trouble using CMake

to build the files for visual studio. It has worked for me in previous

versions of gdcm, but not this one. The first error i get is "Error

opening gdcmConfigure.h.in, file not found"... although the file is

there. Then there are several more errors.<br>

Are there instructions for setting cmake for gdcm available?<br>
